I sent my ZZF V2 for a service, since it had a power reserve of less than 2h. 3130 movement.
Nik fully serviced it, waterproofed, and also had a Clean Factory bezel v4 laying around, so he proposed to upgrade it for a very reasonable price.
He was very professional, sent some pictures during the work (that I didn't ask for, but they'd be very useful in case someone ask for proof of servicing when selling the watch).
When it arrived it was probably damaged during transit, because I felt something loose in the case and the time keeping was bad. But he was super responsive and took the watch back, re-serviced it and fixed it, free of charge.
I will surely ask him for every watch trouble I will have in the future, both for the professional service and the warranty, and quick and professional responses.
