Does anybody have more info on the ZG Factory RM055? They are listed on trusty for a little under 4k. No real information given. I’m not sure if it’s a cnc case or anything. Only thing I can tell for sure is the balance is free sprung and it looks
Like a vaucher clone. They are currently sold out but if they come available again, I am very tempted

I should also add that, to my eye. They look much better finished than the APSF on the chazing website which are also 3k more in price.

It has been said hundreds of times on this forum, so I will say it again: the genuine carbon model is thicker than the white ceramic...

Did you even bother to do your own due-diligence and look at pictures of the genuine models?

I have a zg

Cnc shell, va movement. I would say this movement has better finishing than the cheap 3k ones floating in market, but ofc still not as great as parmi

Ntpt pattern looks better than apsf

Which TD did you snag yours from? Trusty is out of stock, but I’d love to pick one up

Unfortunately, there's no official thickness figure for the carbon, grey ceramic model and the info found on the net is just confusing and sometimes contradicting

i think instead of berating me, you should look at my history here. i've been here a while and i'm not a noob.

i do know the carbon is thicker than the ceramics thank you very much. just look at the side profile for the APSF carbons and the ZGF carbons, and you'll see a diference.

maybe provide something constructive other than tell me to read yea?

also, the ZF carbon is thicker than the APSF carbons.

APSF is the correct thickness in comparison to gen and ZF is slightly thicker. though my eyes could be bad, i'm pretty sure i saw this in a video somewhere. i've also owned both the ZF and ASPSF variants.

ZF only has correct thickness on the white ceramic model.

would you like me to regurgitate every other bit of information i've gathered?
