ZF Tudor Hour Wheel to Dial Gap

Hi All,

This one has me stumped.

This Tudor has a domed dial and so when it touches the fully seated movement ring on the outer perimeter it gives a gap in the center that allows the hour wheel to slide up and skip a tooth.

What have you done to remedy this? Is it missing a spacer?

bend the washer up more thats sitting on top of the hour wheel
