Hi Guys, another newbie getting his first rep. Was always facinated with how cool watches looked but didnt really see any reason to spend that much on gen. Heres my kinda rollercoaster like experience so far.

Timeline:

06-May: First contact, was told watch was available, payment via Wise, and payment acknolwedged by Li all in an afteroon

Adviced QC eta: 5-10 business days

13-May: Checked to see if 5-10 business days on track "Kindly give it a bit more days will be fine" yay!

21-May: asked for an update, was told will be ready within a week

24-May: weekended so I asked for a quick update, was told delays in factory. D; aw

10-June: QC came, videos shown are of watch movement measuring and close up of dial. yay!

11-June: GL'ed and address is confirmed the day after.

14-June: Tracking is provided
19-June: Tracking works
25-June: Watch arrives
26-June: Opened package, watch looked great, clasp wont open D; noooo

29-June: went to Raymond @ Blacktown Watch Express, was told that clasp issue was due to left "bead" was pushed inside clasp; making the right bead push into the left part making opening the clasp insanely hard to do, wont even try and put the watch on as idk if I'll be able to take it off me if closed. He couldn't do anything about it as it was a factory defect and the clasp isnt something that can be disassembled. Contacted Li and provided videos. D; **sobs**

Review so far:
Both Lana and Li have been professionals the whole process. The wait for QC was longer than expected but I never really felt they wouldnt pull through.

The clasp issue though is a bit of a downer as whoever took the qc photos would've known it was near impossible to open. The picture of the opened clasp was not high quality enough that I could see the embedded bead. Though is on me for getting too excited and not asking for a video of them unclasping it 1 or 2 times, lesson learned on that part.

Close to buying the opaline GMT myself so any feedback on your experience would be much appreciated
