It is a few months old.
A few months ago I just pulled the trigger and bought this Longines Rep. Movement was swapped from asian 2824 to Sellita sw200.
Quality is good (ZF Factory), movement works fine, but don't expect a Clean or VSF Rollie.
My expectations weren't very high, just a test. Few months ago a Longines rep popped up in the sale forum, a black one, so I just wanted to know how good are Longines Reps. You don't see them often. The gen cost about 1500 to 1600 new, used maybe 1000 to 1200. So it is not a big steal, but the ZF quality and the price are fine.
The gen movement is a modified gen ETA 2824.
I know, you can discuss about getting a rep about 250 to 300 USD, when gen costs new about 1500.... But when I bought this Longines, I didn't care about it.
The blue dial is very nice, especially in the sun, Pics don't really show it. The blue and gold combo are very attractive. It is blue shiny
The rubber strap wasn't cut, never used and swapped to a G10 Nato strap
