My BB54 has slightly horizontally asymmetrical dial which is skewed to the left side. I heard that this is pretty common to ZF tudors but I am not sure if this is the faulty printing on the dial or the dial position inside the watch case. Does anyone have tried or knows that if this can be fixed?

If it is a shifted dial, the only way to know would be to open it up. It may have 0.5mm wiggle room to centre it.
Of course if that is too technically involved, avoid it

IIRC, the dial on ZF Tudor's is attached, not to the movement, but to the movement ring that holds the movement in place. So, you could fix it somewhat easily. The problem would be how significant the change is, you might have to realign the hands.
