ZF AP 15202 Stripped Lug Screws

Hi all,

I recently took the bracelet off my ZF 15202 to adjust the links.

When reinstalling, it seems the lugs at top left and bottom right are stripped/loose and screws simply slide in.

I've tried all screws in the other lug positions and screws work fine. Looked into buying new screws but it might not be the solution and they're different from the supplied in the ZF watch.

Anyone have any advise/ideas as it seems super glue is the only way I can keep the screws in.

All the current screws work fine - I've tried all screws on the lugs at 1 & 6 positions which work fine.

The lugs at 11 & 5 are stripped.

Send to watchmaker to Get holes re-tapped.

Or get yourself a tap and die set and have a go yourself.


Before that, I’ll be tempted to lube up the screws and see if that helps get them in and then forget about it
