So I had just received the Ap 15202 rep. I opened it and started to set it up and set the time. Along the way of setting the time I was attempting to get the date to change so I could do the semi quickset date change to get it to the right date. In this process I found that the crown rotations stopped moving the hand. I was able to get it working by pushing the crown in and pulling it out to reset and I was able to move the hands for a bit till they stopped again. This happened a few times until the hands stopped responding altogether.
I set the crown in and tried to CW wind it and CCW wind it and I got it the time set function working again momentarily but it stopped again. After this point the crown would wind the watch when it was pushed in and rotated CW but it also would do this in the time set position. I feel and felt a lot of resistance to moving the crown in either direction when it was pulled out. Less so when it was pushed in but the sounds the watch made were the same in either position except for a louder click after a few rotations with the crown pulled out.
Not entirely sure what the issue is. Any ideas?
