I would say gen. If its a rep its been modified quite a bit. The crown is right on, the lume looks correct not the greenish on the reps. The case back is very sharp, the engraving is very well done.
The picture depicted on the sale is a gen or as was mentioned before a very well modded rep. I'm sure you did due diligence and asked for references on the seller. If all goes smooth, congratulations on a beautiful timepiece. Nothing like having a gen Pam on your wrist. I've had both gen and a lot of reps and frankly they just don't compare.
