You might be thinking "How is this a scam? He lists a stock photo and description..." I'll tell you why.
I'll show you the exchange between us (SIC)...with minor editing (my eBay s/n, cut 'n paste so it's not read bottom to top, time markers)

Dear valentin_kit,
Can you please post pictures of the watch for sale, and not a stock photo from Zenith?

Dear (Dreadnought),
Hi, I am a middleman between a wholesaler (in New Your) and a
buyer& Once the watch is bought, I buy it from my wholesaler
and send it directly to a customer. I guarantee its authenticity
and that it is brand new without any defects or scratches. It will
be new in plastics and in the box. The only reason why it is
cheaper than at an authorized dealer is that it is a grey market
watch (as you would buy from any internet store or non-
authorized dealer) and comes with a 2-year non-factory
warranty. Other than that, there are absolutely no tricks.
P.S. most of the brand new watches that you see on ebay are
grey market watches. Please google what grey market watches
are.
Thanks and happy biddings!

Dear valentin_kit,
What I asked is that you post pictures of the actual watch. If anyone is smart, they will not bid on your "guarantee", because that is all you provided. Don't insult my intelligence by telling me to google a grey market watch...there are only so few ADs on eBay selling watches. Even if you're just the middleman, you should be able to provide pictures of the actual watch for sale...and if your wholesaler does not provide then you shouldn't be selling in the first place.
Check out most of the listings...most of the watches here have pictures of the actual watch for sale. Those who don't usually don't get bought. So please provide pictures.

Dear (Dreadnought),
Well, would it CONVINCE you if I downloaded some fake picture
off the internet and mailed them to you?????? The ONLY way to
trust people on ebay is to see their ratings, nothing else should
convince you to trust anyone. You can stop buy and pick up the
watch personally in Manhattan, would that work for you? You
can go and buy it now for 9000$, I can arrange it for you.
Thanks and good lucck

Dear valentin_kit,
Exactly...you only have 32 ratings, NONE OF WHICH AS A SELLER OF HIGH END WATCHES.
Have your wholesaler email you pictures of the watch. It's not hard. And it's not asking a lot. People don't buy things they don't see. If you're in contact with this wholesaler, then this shouldn't be a big deal to accomplish.

P.S. if you are willing to purchase this watch for 9000$, I will FLY

watch examined, if you will.

Dear valentin_kit,
But you don't have the watch. How can you do so? Simply post pictures of the watch.

Dear (Dreadnought),
honestly, it is none of your business. You could spam me if you
would have screwed. Until then , good bye!
I encourage you neither bet on my items not send me messages.
- valentin_kit
After all this, I called it in as fraudulent...a simple, basic request repeatedly turned down with no real clue on where the watch actually is...or even EXISTS.
