As far as I can see the bezel is also more genlike on the ZF. At least proposition wise.

Please compare the ZF with the XF V2 I reviewed in the link below. As far as I can tell, they're identical with the ZF having a thinner caseback.

wow great review and thread discussion you had it going there.. made me love the watch even more.. but still no obvious pointers to which version I should go for, I think mainly coz you had this up in early release days.. thank you so much for making me find your review ...this is the best place ever

I have the XF and it's a nice piece. I am sure the ZF has weak points too.

The consensus is that ZF has a thinner case back by 1mm whereas XF has a smaller cannon pinion by a fraction of a mm, so they are both closer to gen in different ways. Just decide what is more important to you. I'd go with the ZF as I dislike overly thick watches.

If you're looking for thinner reps then why are you looking at a submersible? Even the standard Luminors are thinner (there's the Due reps but they aren't on that level yet).

good question!! because i like the Sub style. but fair point that luminors are thinner. Would be awesome if we see a high quality Due rep later this year
