WTB: PO 42mm orange bezel, orange lether band, deployant

Hi folks

I'm looking for an PO small size (42mm) with an orange bezel and a orange lether band, and with a deployant... can't find it at any of our trusted dealers...

Any advice on where to find it?

I guess 4th generation is the best I can get for a 42mm model, am I correct? (yeah, I know, ultimate is better, Ultimate is bigger, by I suffer from small wrist syndrome, so I'm really sticking to 42mm, can't do more)

I think the POs are up to 5th Gen nowadays. I looked for an orange strap when I got mine but I settled on orange stitching on black leather.
