Deciding if I want a 322 (47mm Ti, brown sandwich seconds at 9) or 232 (47mm, brown sandwich base) or 309 (47mm Ti, black sandwich seconds at 9). I have a 183h, but I think I want a brown sandwich dial because its more unique. It doesn't seem like anyone has bought the 309 or 322 yet from Davidsen. I am wondering how the gold inlay looks. I love my 183, but I would definitely sell it if I bought one of the above as I feel wrong owning "so many" panerai  . I also own a 201A which I love as well.

Here you go... 183 vs. 232. My wrist is approx. 7 1/2 - 7 3/4" depending where I measure.

Thanks P-
I have a 7" wrist so it is a little more of an issue for me. Can you clarify that the 232 dial cannot fit into the 45mm case? I assume so, but just to be certain. I know I would just get a 210 then with gold hands, but not if I want a brown sandwich.

Can anyone confirm if the only two rep dials that or brown sandwich are the 232 and 322?

Thanks!

Several of the modders have the ability to turn down the diameter of a dial... so yes, the 232 dial can be made to fit the 183 case. Though I'm not sure how it will look.

OK, the dial diameter is indeed larger. I agree turning the dial could be done, but now the spacing of the numbers relative to the circumference might look odd. Thanks for the clarification.

Brown dials just are not that popular here, huh?

Thanks!

You can download pics from the Panerai site. Then put them side by side with any image processor.

RE: P
I didn't think I could do that becuase of scaling issues, but I guess this is possible. Thanks for the suggestion.
