I wouldn't worry too much about that. The Super Chronomat has a layout that is compatible with the 7750 (more precisely the 7753) - the small seconds on the 9, the stop minute on the 3 and the stop hour on the 6. Reps with a 7750 and this standard layout are actually very reliable and stable. Nevertheless, the chrono should be used carefully and not all the time.
The 7750 is particularly problematic when the totalizers are deflected, as is the case with the older AP Offshores, which have the small second at 12. This is a delicate matter that makes the movement fragile.
I myself have a BLS Super Chronograph and two BLS Chronographs, none of which have ever caused any problems.
