Would this work to fix date wheel problem on Swiss models

I'm mostly thinking of the 250. To:

1) Fix the wrong font
2) Bring it closer to the window

I've never been inside, so I don't know if it would accomidate something like this. Comments?

but as far as getting closer to window..

I've been toying with that exact idea for the past few weeks. Its just the tolerances of doing this are so tight. Printing, cutting and application and if you are out even a 32nd of an inch, its off by a mile! Somebody at RWG2 got into making datewheels and it turned into frustration after frustration.

Not only do you have to get the overlay exactly right, you have to apply it exactly right...
