would i need this attachment to make a bracelet work?

I don't believe you need this adapter for 44mm standard rep Panerai.
Bracelet adapters are normaly sold for gens, to fit OEM bracelet to a gens that come stock with leather straps.

I owned a 111E rep with leather strap some time ago, for which I bought $70 S/S 24mm rep bracelet (ioffer.com) - the bracelet fitted the case/lugs beautifuly.

hey babola thanks for the answers. i kinda screwed up on my question i was asking (too much diesel fumes). i will try again,i was looking at buying a pam 212 or the pam 253 but no bracelet would be a perfect fit on it because of the case design, would this attachment fix that problem?

Sorry but I don't believe it will fit.
PAM212 and 253 come in 44mm Fiddy-style cases with elongated lugs, of design and proportions quite different to a standard 44mm Marina and Base cases.
