Would a crown/stem from a 7750 fit into a 7753?

My PAM251K A7753's crown broke and I'm trying to find out if the 7750 crown/stem would fit into the 7753.

I figured if I put a wanted ad for both I'd have more chance of getting a replacement.

Yeah should be (95% certain). The 7753 is essentially a 7750 except for the minute sub dial and date changing.

Stem would fit 100%, 7750 and 7753 stems are the same part number (ETA or Asian). But, there are two kind of stems - 0.9 mm and 1.2 mm. That part is determined by the crown, i.e. you need same stem diameter as your crown will accommodate.
