Would a 104 and 088 case be identical?

The reason I ask is that I ordered a NOOB 104 from Puretime and he informed me that the maker was out of polished cases at this time. He has asked me to choose another watch. The only other I would consider would be an 088 but I'm assuming that they won't have the cases for those either since they are polished.

I think I want to wait it out as he would surely get some more polished cases eventually considering there are so many good reps made with the polished case assuming they are all the same.

The replica PAM 088 and PAM 104 both use the A7750 movement so they would most likely be using the same polished case. Don't presume though that the factories don't have the PAM 088 though. They might just be unwilling to decase an assembled PAM 088 just to use for your ordered PAM 104. Ask your TD first. If that is also unavailable then I would suggest you wait it out.
