Worth the price?

I am looking at PAM 111h and was wondering if the upgrade to swiss swan neck was really worth the $$. Swiss Unitas vs. Asian...

The real question should be whether or not getting a Little Hero or DSN dial and a Vac Lume, getting a T-48 crown, and modding it for a taller cannon pin is really worth the extra $$$

yes, I'm just teasing you there. :wink: Eventually everyone wants to mod the heck out of their watches to be just perfect. The list of mods for the 111h is seemingly endless.

I ended up getting the swan neck version over the non s/n version from T4D. It is really not that much more. I haven't done any mods to it, unless you consider getting the rubber strap in addition to the leather and getting a deploy clasp a mod.

The other mods I mentioned are only for the anals who over ANALize things.

The real deal movement is only $130 new you can buy a Asain swans neck for $40.. Myself I dont think its worth it unless you are paying for the real deal and I'm not so sure anyone knows what they are getting these days.. I would have someone install what I want.......

If I were you I would contact d4m and ask him about his 111h with asian mvt. For that price it comes with sapphire, asian swan neck, and a high cp. The high cp allows you to be able to lume it later down the road if you feel the need.
