CENTRIST #3, here.

Pretty much what I figured I'd be. I claim to be neither Republican nor Democrat. To be honest, I know so little about the Libertarians, Green party or any of the other small political parties, I wouldn't know to what level I agree with them.

Conservative here just outside of the centrist box.

The quiz ask questions that if asked another way would get a different response.
Take for example.... Repeal laws prohibiting adult possession and use of drugs
If that question was asked this way: Should we legalize Herion, Cocaine, Exctasy, Meth, etc etc I'm sure you would get a different response.

One question is very leading by the words they use. By using the phrase "Corporate Welfare" and "goverment handouts" they have tainted the question. Until they define "Corporate Welfare" or "Goverment Handouts" no one could know what the question is actually asking. Most of the other questions are the same.... the questions are too broad without further explanation.

LIBERALS usually embrace freedom of choice in personal
matters, but tend to support significant government control of the
economy. They generally support a government-funded "safety net"
to help the disadvantaged, and advocate strict regulation
of business. Liberals tend to favor environmental regulations,
defend civil liberties and free expression, support government action
to promote equality, and tolerate diverse lifestyles.

That doesn't describe me, really. I love capitalism (got to have my toys) yet I support stuff like a National Health system.

Libertarian....although it seems the questions are designed to get that. In our 2 party system I usually lean democrat althought I view it as the lesser of two evils. And as pug said...If I AM going to pay outrageous taxes I would rather have it go to national health care rather than handouts to corporations that are turning record profits while refusing to raise minimum wage or give health care to their workers...but I do sometimes see the other side of things on many issues.
