I decided to modify my 187/7750 from Toro, waterprrofing and giving it an old tritium patina. Some old dials from Vannic and vintage Rollies have inspired me.
This is the first time for me... the first full mod

Before mods

The case:
I polished again bezel indexes, then I rebuilt the dot pearl. Between the bezel and case, I put in a Teflon gasket. The rotation is harder and more precise.
I've also added Teflon seals at the base of the chrono buttons. I added a thicker gasket to the crown.

The dial:
I added an old "tritium" patina on indexes, like the dot pearl. Blackened edges.

I am now waiting for a DSN date wheel, two rubber gaskets for the caseback and the cover (yes, they are two) and a new crownguard (last batch from Toro) with the right shape.

if you have any suggestions and opinions, you are welcome.

Great project! I would imagine a service dial from VanniC would be a straight swap out. You should get one from him.

Gen dial dial can be mounted only on swiss 7753, because the date wheel is different from swiss 7750, A7750 and A7753 ;)
