Enquired about a watch January 26th

Reply back from Trusty, watch is in stock and available - Jan 29th

Place order and pay, then wait for CNY to be over

Told now watch is not available after all - Feb 10th

Tried another watch i like, not available. Ok, then please refund, says Paypal only for refund, said ok.

Week passes, nothing. Ask Andrew, get generic replies.

Eventually threaten with opening ticket, receive refund, with $15 paypal fee deducted, paying Trusty time's fees from their end.


Thanks for nothing. Won't use again.

Hope buyers understand that I always check with factory when you enquire about availability.

However if factory subsequently tells me it is out of stocks, I'm also stuck as I dont control the factory

manphibian I have been buying Rep for years with our TD's. Covid, the raids, parts shortages have all made the process more difficult. I have ordered 6 watches since September. Some took 8 weeks, some longer, but I will receive all the watches. The most recent arrive Feb 3rd and one is shipping tonight. I place my order and wait. Keep in mind this is not Amazon. You are buying illegal counterfeit watches. When our TD's are being raided they are chased by the police, sometimes jailed, and all their watches are seized. If you are whining because the watch is out of stock at the moment wait till it takes six months to receive your order or your watch gets seized by customs. Relax and enjoy the hobby or buy a Gen.

Not really bothered about any of that. I understand stock can be hard to get.

The thing that pissed me off is being forced to pay their $15 PayPal fees, and having to beg for my refund almost daily for weeks.

If it was the other way around they would kick off and make me pay the $15 back.

hi manphibian, i think your wait is better than me. I ordered on 21 December and today i have yet to receive any QC picture. It almost 3 month and i have YET to receive any QC pictures.
Before i make payment, i was told that the watch is in stock and .......... almost 3months... lol.. not even a QC picture..
I think my patience is high
