Wonderful "16610" on eBay

Browsing eBay and came across this "16610". https://www.ebay.com/itm/363513494520?hash=item54a317bbf8:g:-QkAAOSwWBJhIFRL
This seems to be a very rare ceramic 16610 with fat lugs and a ceramic bezel even. Even states it is "autentic" in the listing. This one literally made me say, "Yikes!" out loud.
