I already can see what the issue was. One of the fake balance regulator screws went missing (surely inside the movement)

Yes, the screw is logically inside (fell out in transport).

I don’t have the time and inclination to go searching for it.

My watch maker wants £60 for a service. Anyone want this for £70 less than asking price, they are welcome to it.
