Wise Account deactivated, and failed appeal

Hey RWI Forum, so I recently tried to make my first rep purchase at JTime. Set up a wise account, processed my first payment, informed Li that payment was sent. 2 days later I went to check that the transfer completed successfully, and when logging in, my account was deemed deactivated. I called to find out what happened. Wise doesn't explain anything over the phone. So I submitted an appeal and after 10 days the appeal failed too. Not sure what happened here, but have any members had issues like what I'm describing? Thankfully I was able to transfer money another way.

Have you checked your spam folder to see if they had sent you a request to authenticate who you are or similar.I got account blocked once and it was because I’d missed their compliance emails. On a bright note if you have another email account it’s pretty easy to setup a new account ? Did the money get sent ok or did you lose it ?

I checked for any additional verification or compliance emails, no luck. Thankfully the funds never left my account so I didn't lose any money in cyber space. but good to know I can try to register another account with a different email! Thanks for the tip.
