Um, not really as the PAM029 is an Automatic model. So sja, do what you do with the PAM029 as what you normally do with your other autos. ;)

Mmm even more confused as I thought it was a manual? It keeps stopping so assumed needed a wind?

The latest PAM029 is powered by automatic movements (Asian or Sellita SW240 or Swiss 2836-2). If the watch is stopping, then you may need to have it checked by a watchsmith.

It really depends on the watch. I have some watches that take up to 30 turns or more to wind when the PR is flat. General rule - wind slowly and once you feel resistance, stop. If not sure, stick to the 15 to 20 turns for a totally flat PR, that should be a safe enough number of turns.

OP, I know you must be concerned that winding too much/hard will break the movement. Don't worry, unless you are forcefully trying to do so,
the movement will be fine. As others have said, just keep winding till you feel a resistance and can't wind it anymore. This is for manual movements. If you have an automatic, just give it a light swirl (like a glass of wine) to start the rotors and then you can wear it on your wrist.
