Noobie question but I got a pam187 from InTime recently and just wondering which way should I wind It? I hear clicks when I wind counterclockwise but just resistance that doesn't change when windingclockwise. Which way?

Technically you don't wind it as it's an automatic. Try whirling the head or smacking the head to the side and see if the second hand moves. You can probably give it a few winds clockwise (away from you) but that's about it.

Got it thanks...it seems to run slow when I first put it on then after awhile it runs ok. That's why I figured I should wind it at first.

Initially the watch may run slow from a non-charged state as there is no energy driving the movement. But as you experienced, the more you wear the watch, the more energy is stored in the watch, and will begin to run normally. Glad you were able to sort out the watch. :D
