Winder settings

I have just recently received my pam441 VSF V2. If anyone has this watch or a watch with a rep cal p9001 movement, could you please tell me what winder setting do you use ?
( assuming you use a winder )

The setting for a PAM with a P.9001 movement is both ways direction, 800-950 turns per day
