Hi, would like to know if your rep ZF (or KW) Pelagos has had any problems in the many months of ownership? Could you also tell me from when did you start owning it?

This will be my first ever rep and I am getting it from watch outlet, also my first automatic

really worried of it breaking after a couple of months with me not having a damn clue on what to do with it. :S I would want it to last me for the next three to five years.

oh a side question, anyone here bought the box set and papers? how much did it run you? The average going rate seems to be about 70$

thanks! and hello from Kuala Lumpur!

It could last more than 5 years if you service it. If it breaks, just get it fixed. Why do you need papers for the watch? It's not real.

I would advise against using watchoutlet for your very first purchase, they do not offer customs protection or a warranty of any kind. Make sure you read all their disclaimers if you do decide to go with them (it is not for the faint at heart).

thanks for the warning, really appreciate it! I'm actually in Malaysia and we enjoy much more leniency when purchasing things from China, plus it'll be forwarded to my shipping agent in Shenzhen before coming to me hmm.

As long as you don't abuse it I don't see why not, its a well built watch.
Papers, why would you want papers?

I've had mine for 5 months now, and it's working pretty good.

I have some reps from 2003 (bought from the famous slacky42 on the old now-defunct Freeserve classifieds) that still work. And in those days, the quality of the movements wasn't nearly what it is now, imo. Like a Timex, somehow, they take a licking and keep on ticking.
