Will a 2836 sec. hand fit on a 2678?

Basically what it says. I'm trying to see if a YM sec. hand will fit on a sub that I have which uses a 2678 mov't. I see that they are not the exact same size, but didn't know what might be "close enough."

2836: 90/150/25
2678: 70/120/20

Hands are pressure fit so generally there is very little give without risking splitting the tube. In this case however the 2836 hand is going to be very loose on the seconds pinion of the 2678 movement. It won't stay on.
