Can anyone recommend one that is a better size for a ladies wrist? I don't think she can pull of anything above a 39mm so if I could get a few options 39mm or under (nothing smaller than 36mm) it would really help me out.

She loves me 111n v3 but its to big for her.

sometimes, big "good looking" watch on small women's wrist looks cute.

especially if i saw a couple using panerai watch.
eventhough, the wrist size is different. both of them enjoy it anyway.
and it will just looks good.

I got my gf the 56C and a gen LL strap (Ladies Length). It's titanium so not too heavy on her wrist and it's a destro so no CG digging the hand. She loves it.

Hope that's food for thought.

A 45mm Rad is a great looking watch for a woman. The thinner case makes it wear smaller than the 44mm Luminors. I would get one for my wife but she likes quartz movements, and I already got her a Gucci watch she was lusting after--which she never wears, but keeps locked up in a safe in the basement.
