Why is the 111J case better than 005K?

Hi all. I've read in a few places that the 005K would be better if it had a 111J case - why is that? Where are the differences?

Am sorry if this has been discussed before, but I don't think there's a discussion here on this forum....thanks for any input!

I really can't tell the difference myself - and I would work on the rule that these tiny differences don't matter in the real world because if it's so similar as to need a gen next to it to confirm it's rep, I think it's safe to say you're very unlikely to have someone grab your arm and do a comparison with a gen they're wearing lol

It have nothing to do with trying to have a better watch then the next guy.

For me this is a hobby, and one of the main goals in this hobby is to have a watch thats as close to gen as possible.

I understand some use these forums just to get a good out of the box watch that they can pull of as a gen.
But some of us take the watches a part and collecting parts and doing modds to get us 0.00005% closer to gen.
As part of a hobby!

Thanks for your views on the matter, guys. Much appreciated. But, um....let's not get into a debate here on why some like to get their watches as close to gen as possible, and some don't see the need to. I guess to each his/her own.

From what i read I think the consensus is that the Nfactory case has more gen like bezel construction.

The accuracy exterrnal look of the Nfactory versus Hfactory seems debatable - there are fans of both.

the j has proper construction where the crystal is pressed into the case, better chance of getting decent water resistance. The k is arguably more accurate in lug shape, but the crystal presses into the bezel so that gives you one more spot for water to get through........so at the end of the day.........same sh*t, be happy with what ever one you have, they are both the best available.
