Keep watching the member trades section. Every now and then one comes up for sale. I have an old case that I may let go at some stage, and it would take a 7753. But at the moment I'm keeping it just in case (no pun intended)... If I sell it you'll be the first one to know.
To get it lumed, Vacuum is your man. He'll take care of the dial and hands in no time and it'll look awesome. The DW upgrade, and the rising of the datewheel in a 7750 (you don't need to raise it in a 7753), are trickier. Francisco was considering offering the 7750 sunken DW fix as a mod. You may want to ask him. Some watchmakers may also do it for you. Just ask around. IMO if you have a 7750 version you must do something about those awful sunken DWs... It just looks terrible and a new DW or overlay alone won't do. It's the number 1 mod in my book. Here's Francisco's original thread:

As for the actual DW and/or overlays, same as the case... you have to keep your eyes open and wait till something comes up. If I sell my case I would probably sell it with a 7753 Lello DW, so no problem there. Otherwise, I can get you in touch with a guy who's about to start printing brand new full DWs like Lello's for 7750 and 7753. Just PM me.
One more thing... When you change the movement from a 7750 to a 7753, you may find that the DW in the 7753 is larger than the 7750, so it'll be half cut out in the date window on the old dial (it's too far to the right). A fix is to replace the dial, or the assembly of the DW so that you install a 7750 DW on the 7753 movement. That's what I ended up doing and the DW is perfectly centred now. A good watchmaker will take care of all of that for you. The trick, of course, is finding one!
Good luck!
