Who will service my PAM 1661?

Hello friends - I have a beautiful VSF PAM 1661 that needs service. It ran perfectly for 3 years then started getting balky and eventually stopped. Hasn't had any hits or damage, I'm sure it just needs cleaning and lubrication. I am in California.

Any ideas?
