...and it made me think.....who's Eddie..?
It seems he was THE person for Fiddys...where has he gone....?
Am thinking is DSN his "successor"...when it comes to the Fiddy?

Eddie is gone and his parts come from hongkong as opposed to china. DSN's part's come from Hongkong as well, go figure out for yourself.

If you want the best out-of-the box Fiddy around at the moment, go buy Time4Direct's ultimate Fiddy. At $299 it's possibly the best value in Panerai reps around. The latest version is even better than the last one - amazing watch.

Be quick, though - they're always in short supply and often fetch high prices used.

Davidsen does some absolutely superb PAMs, and his 127 is a great watch, no question - but T4D's Ultimate Fiddy has long been regarded as one of the very best and the latest version is even better. I'd been waiting 6 months (and only narrowly resisting buying the DSN version in the meantime) before I finally got hold of one myself. The only problem with them is supply - they're built in small batches and they're only available occasionally for short periods.

Mine needs a very minor tweak to the CG pin, which it'll get shortly, but for my money, this is the best out-of-the-box Fiddy rep ever.
