You could build a not so perfect one for less than $200 with some vintage lume and a base 000. You could even get the 10 year panaristi thing engraved on the back.

Thanks for the input everyone. Sounds like a potential project watch. There's a similarly themed PAM00339 special edition that would be a cool project too.
