It's not H factory. H factory never produced a case that dark.

Hey guys. I just received my QC pics for a Noob PAM360 and had one question/concern on the crown width and compression depth. In the rep QC picture below, it looks like the width of the crown is narrower compared to the gen pics I have seen (and included below). Even more concerning is it looks like the crown is not compressed enough into the case when the lever is closed. Let me know your thoughts.

Here is the QC Rep Pic:

And here is the Gen pic:

Looks like a slim crown issue. Having said that is that gen pic a recent one? I know that some Pam models have different crown sizes depending on the year of production (slim vs fat)

The below gen on the left seems to have slim one too. If it is bothering you,ask for a new one but I am not sure if they are all like this (I'm not a Pam 360 expert)

I don't know if they updated the new Noobs, but they use to come with short "3". Seems like yours is a noob. Back in the day, KW had H factory has the closest dials because of the long "3".

Thanks guys. Mine is a Noob but am not sure which edition it is. It is a new one from one of the TD's. The crown width and seating in my QC pic looks pretty close to the photo you posted Zeth. A slightly slim crown wouldn't be the biggest issue for me, it would be not enough compression on the crown when the lever is closed resulting in dirt (or splashed water) getting into the mechanism. What would you guys do?

How do you mean by compression depth? The distance between the crown and the case? It will only go as far as the hex screw allows it. If you want it to be closer, you can tighten that hex screw. But it will make the gap between the crown and the crown guard bigger, emphasizing the slimness of the crown. Plus it won't improve water resistance. It's provided by the rubber gaskets inside the case.

Ahh. The hex screw. I did not know that was what was causing the gap. In some gen pics the crown looked like it butted right up to the case. Good to know that is what is causing the gap and will not affect the seal. Thanks!

The pics of your watch are not from a Noob
They are from a KW-V6Fac with a higher CG leaving a big CG hole (a flaw of some last KW- V6Fac)

Thanks Ale. I am disappointed that this was positioned to me as being the Noob, which is what I ordered. Do you think the TD knew this was a KW-V6Fac or that his source tried to pass it off as the Noob? Regardless, I guess it is what it is. Do you know if there is a way to order the correct crown guard at a reasonable price?
