TDs don't make the watches, they only source them. Any TD can get you whatever watch you want, it's up to you to evaluate their reviews, price, etc. Since you're new I would always reccomend JTime but any TD will get you what you want.
Please go read the FAQs and newbie guides and familarize yourself with RWI.
Word of warning, you usually get what you pay for. Yes some TDs are cheaper than others.
