Looks like a canal street rep -- nothing attributable to one of the higher end makers. $100 bucks and not a good quality replica.

I'd recommend you try one of our trusted dealers to get one. This one specially came from ZF factory, but I hear good things about kw factory as well. Maybe do some research in the panerai sub forum to find the best one that suits you.
