I guess it makes sense to define goals, to reveal the essence of the issue.
Build a vintage pam, making a franken, or just assembling from different parts, changing movt., relume, service?
For the latter, any trusted watchmaker of the forum that suits you by location will do for creating vintage pams, kilowattore did the best here that I have seen so far, from those who are on this forum today.
Most modern rep pams do not require reasonable modifications, so there are almost no specialized modders it is on PANERAI. (Anyway, in comparison with other popular brands).
I would advise you to contact the aforementioned participant and moderator, I am sure that even if he cannot help you, for some reason, he will tell you who you should contact.
