In my search for a 231, I found a thread on rep geek from a guy that bought one from a guy named Andrew. Is he a trusted dealer on here and if so what shop?

He's trusted at Rwg but he's really gone down hill lately from what I've heard from fellow member reviews and my past two purchases from him :/
