I believe Anibus and Hooligan have one, don't know who else.

I was also going to get one from DSN, but I want a PVD 217 and DSN cant get the 217's CG and caseback PVD'ed, he can only provide a destro PVD MM20 with the 217 dial, so now I'm waiting on RBJ to see if I can get another regular 217 and have him PVD the whole thing.

I *had* one, but no longer.

Watchace, why would you want the caseback PVD'd?

Here's a pic of my old PVD MM20 destro:

I dont know man, just my particular taste I guess....

Since a PVD 217 would be a fantasy watch or a personal project watch, I guess I would just like it to look "complete" if that makes any sense.

Also since the 217 has a crystal case back, it would only be the "outer ring" that would be PVD'ed; now if the gen 217 had a closed case back then I would definitely leave it in SS like the gen pvd pams have it.

I guess it just doesn't make sense to me to buy DSN's PVD destro MM20 with the 217 dial, and still have to buy a 217 CG and case back and get at least the CG pvd'ed somewhere else, so I'm waiting on RBj's reply to see if I can buy a regular 217 and have him PVD it completely.

Hello Mr. hooligan :D

No that is a Wilson hand made. Wilson Combat.......that is one of the first knives he made. Bill Wilson owns Wilson Combat......his son started making handmade tactical knives, about 1998-99.
Neat well made knife.

Good eye their hooligan!!! :D :D

Panerai did not PVD the casebacks in case the coating interfered with the water resistance of the case. Or so I have been told.

Not about the PAM, but the Wilson knife is bar-none the best hand-made knife out there. I special ordered a wilson blade for a carbon hilt to place on my M4s bayonet Lug. How long until you finally got your Wilson?
I was using a Benchmade special order, but now use only benchmade pocket utility knives at work (The John Dallara is a knife made for a police officer killed at the WTC, special editon in WTC steel, only for selet few that were "present")

I bought a SOG folding 4inch with a composite grip (stainless) and that is my daily "beater"

I see there are a few firearms buffs here, Boy do I got eyecandy for y'all.

That is a SMAT/Walter "golden sand" calf strap with black stitch and black sides. It was a great strap for that watch, IMO.
