Who can take a deep scar out of a 111 rep case?

I am looking at a PAM 111 V3 for sale. Has a DEEP scar where the pin was put in or removed and they gouged the case. It looks pretty deep. Can something like that come out or be worked on to be removed and look better? Great time to get it freshened up and remove the other scratches if any.

I just wanted to see if there is no hope and if so, who would do it preferably in the US? I am also open to having it serviced for longevity... Or whatever the group thinks should be done at the time...

Just looking for suggestions.

Thanks!!

How deep is deep? Anything can be fixed, but at what time and effort?
Got any pics?

I've taken out deep gouges from my watch cases before but it takes lots of elbow grease. Start with 400 grit and work your way up to 2500 grit

I don't know the ethics of showing a for sale thread watch. I don't want to cause any issues... If it is OK to post a pic, I will...

cape cod
if that doesn't help you might have to use a dremel/sandpaper on it

if it were me, i would get it sandblasted and/or dlc-ed and completely destroy its resale value

Post the picture, at least of the "gouge" since that is the issue, so as to protect the identity of the sale (I don't even think that's necessary unless the seller was being shady and not declaring the issue).

Here's a pic. A little background and a favor to ask an opinion.

The 111 comes with an Asso red and brown strap. Also, seller has an 005 with a black leather and wooden box. Both coming from Indonesia and shipped to me (non VIP member) for $440.

Now, I also have a VIP member with a 390 that is in great shape with an Asso strap as well as a Gen strap with no buckle shipped for $240 that is from the US.

I like all all three watches. And this will be my first purchase. Trying to sort if I should just do the US one and find another deal elsewhere.

It is ultimately your own decision. If the gouge (which looks like it requires some serious work) bothers you that much. I would just get a brand new watch and be done with it. The same with the 005. The PAM390 is a different matter if it's a Noob in great shape with a Gen strap in good condition. Steal for the asking price.

Really digging this forum. Everyone seems to be very helpful and no flaming for questions that are probably silly at times. I greatly appreciate everyone's insight.

Decided to pull the trigger on the PAM390!! Should be here by end of the week! I am looking for another one as I want to get them serviced and have one to wear while out. Thanks everyone!!

That's easy to fix. Start with fine sandpaper and work your way up to cape cod. Lots of elbow grease. My fix was worse than yours and I completely got rid of it
