Who can repaint print on a dial?

I have a Noob CRPO and the word "seamaster" appears yellowish, unlike the orange color it should be. My question is if someone could point me in the right direction to someone who could make that "seamaster" text orange. Please PM me or post to thread.

Just buy a new dial from the TD and replace it?
