Who can do this ?

I have a PAM 207 rep and love it...yeah I know it's not perfect. I dropped it and the second hand fell off. Then I tried to fix it myself (and failed) and I can't get the crown back in the movement. If I could find another decent blue dialed power reserve I'd just scrap this one and start over...but it seems you can only find these in a shop in Phuket.

Who would ya'll recommend to send this to and get it back into shape? Vacuum? D4M? DSN?
