Hi All,

I'm thinking I'm in the mood for a white-dial Panerai. I already have a PAM005 logo but that's as far as my Panerai collection goes.

I think the 40mm 049 will be a little small and I'm not keen on the chronos so that pretty much narrows it down to 113, 114 and the rather fetching white-dialled GMT that King has that I haven't seen anywhere else.

I was wondering if there's anything I have missed in my research or if anyone else had any suggestions. I look forward to hearing from you!!!

Edit:
Also just come across the Slytech 5218 207A that Davidsen has too. Nice!

Thanks ..... Pete

It's a matter of personal taste, but I have always liked the 113 and I would like to pick one up sometime this year.

I was first attracted to it at the local AD, as it really stood out against the brown and black dial Pams.

I was thinking the same 113. I have an extra case,crown/guard,movement and hands. If I can source a dial 113 dial I may build it.

My next purchase will be the 113. I just got Europelli's football strap to go on it. Took advantage of his New Year's Sale.

A white dialed PAM is very high on my list, I'm leaning towards the 114 as I like the simplicity of no seconds.

Both are stunning!

How are the white dialed ones out of the box? How's the straps out of the box?

Would you recommend it?

the only changes i made to ruby's 113e was superlume the dial and davidsen hands with super lume. if you don't care about the lume you don't need to do anything to her's with a swiss working swan neck. it is correct for an e model. some say the 113 has a recessed sub dial but i haven't seen a gen in person and i have yet to see a picture that shows it. ruby's dosen't have the recessed cannon pin issue or the misplaced subdial markers and also has the correct dagger and swan neck. i recommend the watch highly.

the rep strap is soft leather and thinner than the aftermarket straps we buy. it is 24/22 and has a nice 22mm logo buckel.
