Looking to get a white dial pam for summer.On the Shortlist ,pam 188 or 499.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The color of the dial is a question of personal taste....
But I think it's really bad to see a Panerai with white dial....
However , I would purchase from Sead PAM 114.
If you must use this watch for the summer , my personal opinion , it's better not spend much money.
After you may regret this purchase.....

I have bought a 114 from Ken last month, changed to a green canvas/leather strap it's the perfect match for white shirt/jeans/white sneakers attire. Not regretting it at all

to me , it is the most iconic white face watch ever made

PAM 114 could be a good choice. Sead sells the H maker edition at a good price. I like this watch a lot.
