I contacted Jtime on the 21.12.2020 via WhatsApp, asking if he could source a UBF white dial Rolex 114200, as it wasn't listed on his website. Interestingly (..or interestingly to me anyway!) Li informed me that UBF do not make a White dial 114200, only the grape, olive and champagne dial variants. He told me that the only factory to make white dial 114200 was ACF. Initially I was sceptical of this, since many popular TD have white dial UBF 114200 on their sites. However after comparing the lume photos of the 'UBF' white dials to the other UBF dial variants, there is a clear difference - one showing the lume of the hands and hour markers matching and the other showing the lume on the hands and hour markers slightly off (which is a known fault of the ACF models). Therefore, I came to the conclusion that Li was right and I was wrong (shock) and that all white dial 'UBF' 114200 are in fact ACF. Possibly UBF sells better, maybe it's a genuine mistake or maybe there's a connection between the two factories - who knows. I realise this isn't a very popular ref, but hopefully this may be useful info to someone, since I spent a lot of time researching UBF not ACF models.
Nonetheless, Li was very informative and helpful and I ended up ordering a ACF 114200 with Jtime. I will continue to keep this thread updated on my progress and share some photos when it arrives.
