Yes that's a 009!

Can be found from Davidsen:
http://s40.photobucket.com/albums/e230/watchmmx/PVD 202A AND 009/pvd 009/

IMO, the same model with the 'op' logo would have to be custom made: a 000 PVD!
Anyway when you look for a model check this out:
http://www.paneraisource.com/models/all.html

Hope that help!

Thanks for the reply, but the Davidsen watch has yellow hour markers (not white) and looks like it was painted with flat black spray paint.

Anyone else?

Thanks

Davidsen is considered by many the PAM expert, so I'm going to say that you will probably have a hard time finding a better quality rep from anywhere else. Check the recommended dealer sites. If you can't find this one the way you like it, I suggest looking for another model, but I would start at the recommended dealers and find one you want. Then shop it around among the recommended dealers. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. If I'm partial to a PVD PAM, what would you recommend?

Thanks

I can't really help you there because I don't know your style and I myself don't have a favorite of a PVD PAM yet and havn't purchased any yet. Check out the PAM post as well. You might want to search PAM PVD

Davidsen's PVD treatment is *true* PVD and is much closer to the gen PVD coating than anything available from any other dealer. A light polishing with a cape cod cloth and it is nearly spot on. Having said that, if you like the shiny black coating, go for it. It's not very accurate, though.

DSN's numbers are yellow in an attempt to mimic the aged tritium look of the Panerai dials from that era. A Pre-V/Pre-A watch with bright white lume would be miles off base. Now, I will admit that DSN's dials are skewed a bit too far to the yellow side, but bright white would be just as incorrect, if not more so.

Good luck.

You have to email him. You'll find his details in the dealers section. Don't expect lightning responses though. I have sent him 3 emails and yet to here back from him on the last 2. All I want to do is buy a watch from him so good luck.
