New Noobs are currently not available and most likely they will never be available again. There may be a dude who has some hidden in some secret place in Ghangzou, but unless you live in China and know him personally, you won't know and neither do we. Thus, you'll have to wait for a used one to come up here on M2M. However, since Noobs are highly desirable most sellers will chose a well established member as a trading partner instead of a new member. So for all practical purposes, it will be impossible for you to get one.
Best strategy for you is to buy an alternative from a trusted dealer.
